    摘要: 本研究的目的在探討辦公室自動化系統對組織成員工作知覺的衝擊，研究者參酌先前研究提出一辦公室自動化系統應用分類架構，此架構將辦公室自動化系統分成四大類十五項科技應用，這四大類型分別是個人生產力系統、訊息處理系統、會議系統、及其它類系統。本研究針對台灣150大企業，每家郵寄4封問卷，共寄出600份問卷，有效回收問卷共155份，有效回收率為25.83%。研究結果顯示，辦公室自動化系統涵蓋範圍較過去更廣更深。研究結果也發現，超過半數的企業已經採用了個人生產力與訊息處理系統，至於排版、簡報系統、及電子行事曆等一般性系統會對組織成員整體工作知覺產生影響。研究建議組織不但應加強一般性系統的普及化也應重視互動性強的會議系統，而組織若能加強辦公室自動化系統的應用，會帶來工作豐富化，對組織成員有正面的激勵效果。
    The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of office automation systems (OAS) on organizational members and their job perceptions. An GAS framework was developed by the researchers based on previous studies. The GAS framework comprises four major subsystems with fifteen applications. The four subsystems include individual productivity subsystem, message handling subsystem, conferencing subsystem, and the other category subsystem. The authors sent questionnaires to the top 150 Taiwan’s companies, four questionnaires for each company. One hundred and fifty-five valid questionnaires were received. The valid response rate is 25.83%. Result indicated that scope of the office automation systems has changed to a broader and deeper manner. The individual productivity subsystem and the message handling subsystem have been adopted by over half of the companies while the conferencing subsystem and the other category subsystem are still in low usage. Organizations that adopted general OAS such as desktop publishing, presentation package and electronic scheduling could change the job perceptions of organizational members. Organizational members who adopted video conferencing and computer conferencing could change their own job perceptions. Results suggest that organization should not only emphasize on general office automation systems but also pay more attention to the conferencing systems. The’ OAS applications will definitely bring in job enrichment and positively inspire organizational members.
