    Abstract: 私立大學資源有限，在「教學、研究、服務」的教育理念下，有限資源往往優先投入延攬師資、充實設備及增加設施，行政支援則被定位於服務角色；然而，因應學校之多元發展，服務人力無法等量增聘，只能致力於改善流程，力求提昇效率。本文試圖運用「健行童子軍」之思考模式，將學校行政作業中面臨之混亂情況，建構分析其問題所在，進而尋求解決問題的方法。
