    Abstract: 本研究建構了一個以"6W2H"為自變數,r訓練滿意度」、「能力增進程度J及「所學應用程度」三項訓練成效指標為依變數的訓練模式,並利用LISREL多變量分析法以高科技產業為對象對該模式進行實証研究,以暸解各變數問之影響關條。本研究有很多結論發現,以下是幾項較重要的發現:1.學員的受訓動機與三項訓練成效具顯著正相關。2.師資來源與學員滿意度無顯著關餘,但與能力增進及所學應用有關。3.公司內若有專設的訓練場所,則在能力增進方面會較佳。4.學員自付費用的訓練,學員較易不滿。5.訓練滿意度會影響能力增進程度,而能力增進程度亦會影響所學應用程度,但訓練滿意度不會直接影響所學應用程度。
