    Abstract: 可用能分析(Exergy or available energy analysis)係結合熱力學第一與第二定律之製程設計與分析方法,其與成本分析結合則發展出可用能經濟分析(Exergoeconomic or thermoeconomic analysis)方法。本文將可用能與可用能經濟分析方法應用於甲苯加氫脫烷製程設計之兩個層次,前段概念設計與基本設計完成後之改進設計階段。對前者,可用能方法,尤其是可用能損失可作為決定次系統間主要設計參數之目標函數;對後者,可用能經濟分析則可指出進一步改進基本設計之處。
