| 摘要: | 高階主管資訊系統(Executive Information Systems)最主要之目的在於幫助高階主管充分地掌握並瞭解影響企業組織的關鍵成功因素, 促使其能輕易地進行半結構化或非結構化的管理決策活動, 但以往的EIS系統大都缺乏彈性, 且對企業主管而言較不易使用。而近來智慧型代理員(Intelligent Agents)是目前發展得最快的資訊科技之一, 其被廣泛地探討使用於網際網路、資訊管理系統、電子會議, 介面的設計、工業製造…等等。我們可以委任智慧型代理員執行一些例行性的事務, 為使用者減少許多工作負擔。 本研究主要目的在於整合智慧型代理員於EIS的彈性化介面上, 藉由智慧型代理員的功能來增加EIS系統的使用者親和力與客製性, 以使此系統能更配合高階主管的使用習慣和偏好, 並適時地提供最佳的服務。本文提出一智慧型高階主管資訊系統架構, 在傳統的EIS中, 利用了三個智慧型代理員來增加使用者彈性化介面, 期望能有效地幫助主管獲得更有用的資訊。
The main purpose of Executive Information Systems(ELS) is helping executives control and understand the critical success factors of business and assisting executives in proceeding the semistructured or unstructured managerial decisions. In the past, the EIS was rather inflexible and difficult to use for executives, Recently, the intelligent agents, possibly the fastest growing area of Information Technology, have been discussed broadly in Internet, individual information systems, electronic commerce, interface design and industrial manufacture. It is possible to delegate intelligent agents to implement routines that reduce the work load for users. Hence, the purpose of this study is to incorporate intelligent agents on flexible EIS interface, taking advantage of the ability of intelligent agents to increase the user-friendly and customerization of LIS in order to allow the system to be in harmony with the preference of executives and to support the best services timely In this paper, we propose an framework of Intelligent Executive Information System that use three intelligent agents to increase the flexible user interface and help the users getting more useful information effectively. |
