    Abstract: 本實驗著重於兩個方向, 一是在於探討硼酸酯在水性PU中之影響及其反應, 而另一方面在於瞭解含次乙亞胺之異三聚氰酸鹽在水性 PU 中的架橋效果。由於硼酸酯在水中會水解生成硼酸, 而添加入此系列單體之後, 在水性PU中會形成Organic-inorganic hybrid, 且所生成之硼酸對於阻燃效果的提昇也有所助益。而在含次乙亞胺之異三聚氰酸鹽架橋劑方面, 對於水性PU的改質亦有明顯的頁獻, 我們將實驗室所合成的次乙亞胺或含兩個甲基的衍生物與異三聚氰酸鹽反應,由於次乙亞胺在低pH時會與PU中的-COOH形成交聯, 所成之分散液及薄膜隨後進行一系列的測試, 如粒徑及界達電位分析、抗張應力及伸長率、膠含量、接觸角、吸水率與浸水損失率、乙醇吸收率及浸乙醇損失率、動態機械分析等等測試, 並且在阻燃方面也以極限需氧指數(L.O.I)作為指標。
    Two series of acylaziridinyl compounds were synthesized from the reactions of aziridine with boric ester and isocyanurate, respectively. Because the boric ester can be hydrolysis with the water of aqueous-based PU, and become the boric acid. Therefore, it will e the organic-inorganic hybrid. The curing agent with acylaziridinly of isocyanirate are helpful to the aqueous-based PU. The curing behaviors of these curing agents toward aqueous- based PU were evaluated by the measurements of gel content, contact angle, water- or alcohol- uptake, tensile strength and elongation of PU films.
