本研究以末端基為胺基的3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)與含異氰酸酯為末端基之PU預聚的反應,形成三乙基矽衍生物。此三乙基矽的衍生物可自身架橋。再使用Tetraethoxysilane(TES28)、TES40和三乙基矽衍生物產生架橋反應。評估架橋前後之物理性質變化、機械性質變化、熱性質變化。 Amino-terminate 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) PU prepolymer. Itresults a self-curable the derivatived of APTES. The derivatived ofAPTES are reacted with tetraethoxysilane, TES28 and TES40. Itperformanced the crosslink between polymer. We made six kinds ofproduct, then derivated them into three system for discussion.Properties such as physical properties, mechanical properties, thermalproperties were studied in detail.
