    Abstract: 岩盤弱面上常具有凹凸不平的幾何形態,在岩坡兩弱面錯動後,實際僅有少量節瘤仍保持互相接觸著,故岩面磨損面積之多寡及其空間分佈與摩擦行為有密切關條。本研究在白色石膏鑄成之三維弱面模擬試體表面塗上藍色廣告顏料,經弱面直剪試驗後,弱面表面將呈現藍與白兩色不同分佈,經取出受損弱面予以拍攝數位照片,並進行影像分割處理以像素單元計算磨損面積比例,以探討弱面內部之剪力行為。
    There are very few asperities keeping in contact of rock joints during sliding. The shear behavior of a joint is highly dependent upon the real contact area. This paper use the photo image technology to determine the wear damaged zone and the undamaged zone by the colours in a joint surface. Then, the ratio of wear area is calculated according to the Pixel ratio of these two colours. The aim of this study is to learn the shear behavior from the viewpoint of the local contact area evolution in shear.
