    Abstract: 教師的教學信念受到個人生活經驗、受教經驗,以及師資培育專業訓練的影響,師資培育對於檢視、建構或是重新建構師資生的教學信念尤其扮演著極為重要的角色。本文旨在探討師資培育課程及授課教師因素與師資生教學信念的相關及其影響,以修讀教育學程教育心理學及教學原理的學生共計358人進行問卷調查。結果發現:1.修課前、後,師資生的教學信念大致趨向進步取向。2.師資生的教學信念在不同背景因素下,部份達到顯著差異。3.以師資生修課前、後之信念進行比較,部份教學信念達到顯著差異。4.教育心理學及教學原理之課程?容及授課教師因素與師資生教學信念有相關性。5.教育心理學及教學原理之課程?容及授課教師因素對師資生教學信念有預測力,但預測的項目不盡相同。本研究最後並根據研究結果提出對師資培育與未來研究之建議。
