Abstract:	師資生的教學信念可能源於過去對教學的片面意象，師資培育需要對師資生的教學信念進行檢視，並做必要的導正。另一方面，教學信念與教學行為關係密切，但有文獻指出新手老師因缺乏實際教學機會，容易產生教學信念與教學行為不一致的情況。本研究主要探討師資生的教學信念，並安排一活動方案，透過實際教學、觀察、討論、省思、案例觀摩等方式，提供師資生檢視自我教學信念與其教學實踐間的連結性。本研究以九位修讀國小教育學程的師資生為研究對象，研究結果顯示，經過活動參與後，師資生更加瞭解教學信念與教學行為之間的關係，並且在經過省思後，調整自我教學信念或教學行為。本研究最後並根據研究結果，提出對師資培育之建議。
