    Abstract: 師資生的教學信念可能源於過去對教學的片面意象,師資培育需要對師資生的教學信念進行檢視,並做必要的導正。另一方面,教學信念與教學行為關係密切,但有文獻指出新手老師因缺乏實際教學機會,容易產生教學信念與教學行為不一致的情況。本研究主要探討師資生的教學信念,並安排一活動方案,透過實際教學、觀察、討論、省思、案例觀摩等方式,提供師資生檢視自我教學信念與其教學實踐間的連結性。本研究以九位修讀國小教育學程的師資生為研究對象,研究結果顯示,經過活動參與後,師資生更加瞭解教學信念與教學行為之間的關係,並且在經過省思後,調整自我教學信念或教學行為。本研究最後並根據研究結果,提出對師資培育之建議。
