    Abstract: 隨著科技進步，廠商所面臨的競爭型態日益激烈，使得供應鏈的結構規劃亦變得日趨複雜。本研究的目的為在動態的需求環境下，應用條件風險值的決策過程，提出一供應鏈生產配銷模式的策略規劃方法。不同於以往以最低成本為導向之模式，本模式中包含了「需求不確定」、「容許缺貨」以及 「損失」的觀點，期望在風險的考量下，求得最佳的決策結果。本研究初步結果優於其他以成本為導向之模式，期望日後能作為企業嘗試建構供應鏈模式時的參考。
