    Abstract: 本研究探究大學男子籃球選手，其罰球的準備動作時間長短和一致性，與罰球命中率的關係。受測對象為淡江大學十名男子籃球選手，紀錄罰球準備動作時間與命中率次數。測量時間在1997及1998年間，經過這兩次的測量，發現罰球命中率與準備動作時間長短在後測表現有正相關(r=.71, p=.021)。罰球準備動作時間後測較前測為短(t=-2.70, p=.024)；動作時間的一致性則為前測優於後測(t=3.47, p=.007)。研究結果顯示罰球準備動作時間一致性與命中率之間的關係並不明顯，甚至在兩次測量中，都隱含有負向關係的可能，尚待進一步研究確認。
