    摘要: In this present study, the optimal selection of data for the partial-duration series of frequency analysis be investigated. Then, a systematically investigation based on the selected data will be made by employing PGP model. These studies include parameters' estimation, goodness of fit test and Nonparametric kernel method.
    本研究探討超過一定量選用法於資料選取之最佳選取方法，並就此對PGP 摸式(每年發生超出門檻值次數為Poisson分布，超出量滿足 Generalized Pareto 模式) ，進行系列探.討，包括獨立性檢定、推佑能力及適合度檢定。
