    Abstract: 本計畫從多重變革場域探討結構與能動,一方面梳理教改政策之制度邏輯,另一方面則探究能動與結構如何辯證生成,此不論是對於政策執行研究或教師能動文獻,都帶來新的視域。且本計畫兼採空間與時間的分析,也拉大了研究的觀照面向。而所獲得的研究成果,將對於學校現場行動者能動的萌發與折損,有更好的掌握,有助於教育行政系統進行改革的推動。
