Abstract: Thank you for joining us on another joyous Yoga journey this round. It sounds 'cheesy', but we truly are honored and grateful for your work in the world, bringing the choreography and music we select to life, making your participants' lives just that much stronger, stretchier and better. Thank you.
We love what we do! At the moment we are trying to walk the fine line between making the class spectacularly simple while ensuring the music is as uncompromised as possible. And we would love to know what you think about this type of thing - do you prefer the releases where the track is doubled, or a part thereof is attached to the song (to make the choreography even on both sides/to make the work long enough)?
One thing us two can agree on is that the music in the last few rounds has been some of our favorite tracklists. The quiet, soothing sounds have been inspiring us more than the more 'pop' sounds we had used previously.
We were reminiscing about the types of songs we have used over the years. Does anyone remember Dark Horse in Tai Chi? Or how about Placebo's Running Up That Hill?
We would love to know what your absolute favorite song is, over the course of your BODYBALANCE teaching journey.
This release is also trying to balance, once again, the need to inspire all types of moods and desires.
Hopefully, this translates as providing a sufficient number of options to satisfy where each member of your class is today.
