    Abstract: 一種氫化裂解催化劑,係由矽基分子篩、鎳氧化物及不可避免的雜質所構成。矽基分子篩包含複數個孔隙,矽基分子篩佔67至82wt%。鎳氧化物填充於矽基分子篩的孔隙中,佔18至33wt%。不可避免的雜質填充於矽基分子篩的孔隙中。矽基分子篩的孔隙率大於0.16cm3/g;且氫化裂解催化劑粉末粒徑大小為0.4至2μm。利用高於18wt%的鎳氧化物來做為氫化裂解催化劑,突破了氫化裂解催化過程主要依賴貴金屬的偏見,而能達到與傳統貴金屬催化劑類似的裂解及異構化效果。從而,能夠利用更加簡易、易於量產的方法,來製作出適合用於氫化裂解催化劑。達到成本低廉、產量高的優點。
