    Abstract: 本研究延續先前航空複合材料層板嵌補式修補模擬分析之研究,製作橢圓嵌補式修補層板並且進行超音波檢測,再進行三點彎曲試驗檢測其最大變形量與能承受最大負載。本研究橢圓嵌補式修補層板最大變形量為18.71 mm,承受最大負載為133 kgw。本研究改良修正先前智慧結構包埋微帶天線設計與缺漏考量邊緣效應(Fringing Effect)的問題,並利用複合材料將其包埋製作成智慧結構,在完成電磁模擬與分析之後,利用超音波檢測和三點彎曲試驗檢測其智慧結構的機械性質,發現本研究智慧結構承受最大變形量為18.71 mm,承受最大負載為187 kgw。
