Abstract:	凡例係一書編纂之依循，其內容除可反映編輯者編書之目的、背景與所收錄之範圍外，更說明著該書編輯時所使用之符號、呈現之資訊及遇到問題時之處理方式等，可謂檔案文獻彙編書籍成書之圭臬。本文為避免不同時空背景下檔案文獻差異而增加研究之變因，藉由國立政治大學歷史相關科系近二十年（2003-2022）畢業論文內容與中華民國政府大陸時期（1912-1949）歷史相關者所引用文獻進行分析，從中篩選整理大陸所出版此時期檔案文獻資料彙編書刊之「凡例」，並參酌相關文獻資料，以探討各典藏單位與編輯人員對於此一時期檔案在進行彙編時所著重呈現資訊、內容與方式，從而作為日後相關單位與研究之參考依據。
