    Abstract: 隨著數位人文研究日漸蓬勃，越來越多人注意到文獻背後脈絡（context）所蘊藏資訊之價值，而這類資訊多隱含於檔案纂修過程的選擇、編排、修改、增刪之方式，體現決策者之思維與想法，不僅呈現當朝社會權力結構與價值觀，更可為日後研究當朝執政者思維脈絡之第一手資料。為了進一步瞭解清代官方檔案的複雜情形，本研究即針對文淵閣《四庫全書》史部詔令奏議類詔令之屬，及其所收錄清朝官方檔案纂修書籍進行探究，除深入瞭解文淵閣《四庫全書》詔令之屬沿革外，並參酌《四庫全書》及相關文獻資料、簿錄之書，介紹該類所收各書之內容範圍、制訂年代、編輯方式等，以期瞭解清官方檔案纂修情形，從而作為後續研究之參酌。
