    Abstract: 企業檔案館典藏一個企業的發展歷史，可提供企業內部人員參考，或外界人士研究用途。本研究以上海商業儲蓄銀行行史館（以下簡稱上海商銀行史館或該館）為個案進行研究，探討該館如何徵集、編排、展示與應用該行檔案資料。此外，本研究更採用焦點團體法，邀請7位學者與專家參與討論，並於文末針對企業檔案館的經營管理提出3項建議。
