    Abstract: 臺北盆地曾在民國六十年代以前,超抽地下水而造成地盤下陷,後來實施禁抽/管制措施後,因地下水位回升而產生過壓密效應;而目前慣常使用之土壤液化評估方法中,並未考慮過壓密效應所產生土壤組構強化之影響,且國內過去也較少有對這個影響因素進行探討,所以本研究乃蒐集及篩選臺北盆地過往重要工程案例,共658個試驗孔位之832組壓密試驗資料進行分析,評估過壓密效應對液化潛能高低及液化潛勢分區的影響。分析結果顯示,不論在設計地震或最大考量地震作用下,考慮過壓密效應皆明顯提高了土壤之抗液化強度,降低了臺北盆地之土壤液化潛勢,較切合歷史震害經驗。
