    Abstract: 全球氣候變遷的加劇，促進各式各樣減少碳排放活動的推展，其中行為減碳已成為各
    國政府和社會共同關注的重要議題。國內外也推動了一系列有效的減碳活動。展望未來，
    各項減碳力道，將隨著更大型氣候災變的出現而更加強。本文利用一些圖表探究「行為減
    碳」對油品需求量的影響。在說明廣義的行為減碳後，本文提出國內外各式行為減碳以降
    低油品需求的具體作法。另外，本文也強調重大天災人禍可誘發明顯之行為減碳。
