    Abstract: 一種預防壓瘡產生之輪椅結構，在輪椅的椅墊下方安裝有一升降機構，並在椅墊前方設有一膝靠具，當升降機構將椅墊升起時，使用者的脛骨近端部位恰可倚靠在膝靠具，此外，配合輪椅的腳踏板使得使用者的姿勢呈膝關節彎曲的「ㄑ」字形，藉此讓使用者在乘坐輪椅時能夠轉換坐姿避免臀部長期壓迫下造成壓瘡產生之效果。
