Abstract:	台灣在2018年已進入高齡化社會，且人口老化的趨勢持續上升。在這樣的背景下，家庭照顧中的「老老照顧」現象已成為重要的關注焦點。台灣的家庭照顧者普遍面臨照顧負荷過重和身心壓力大的問題，尤其是老年子女照顧者，他們的困境更為嚴重。本研究旨在深入探討老年子女照顧者的特性，以及他們在照顧過程中可能遭遇的困境。我們透過文獻探討，閱讀相關的期刊論文，並從台灣家庭照顧的現況、老年照顧者的特性與困境，以及老年期的心理與生活適應等三個面向來回應研究主題。我們發現，由於生理限制和身心調適的挑戰，老年照顧者需要更多的支援。如果能提供更多的照顧資源，改善照顧資訊的取得便利性和多元性，並提供足夠的情感支持和人際互動，我們相信這將對老年照顧者的身心健康和調適歷程產生正向的影響。
