Abstract:	第一份「歐盟數位十年」(EU Digital Decade) 報告在2023年9月27日發布，主要揭示了5G 網路覆蓋範圍的差距，以及企業使用人工智慧的問題。到2030年歐盟將朝向數位技能、數位基礎設施、企業數位化和公共服務數位化的「可衡量」目標邁進，「數位十年」是一項指引所有與數位相關行動的框架，其主要目的在於確保科技與創新的進步能為大眾帶來實質的效益。
