    Abstract: 共射成型製程已經廣泛地應用於我們日常生活用品、汽車零組件、5C產品之開發與生產,此等製程最主要挑戰之一是如何準確預測皮/芯形態與其變化,並能對其進行適當調控,尤其是在皮層材料被吹穿現象發生後,整體流場變得異常不穩定,導致較少研究者之注意,或當成是藝術品看待。在本文中,我們利用數值模擬分析和實驗觀察方法,針對 ASTM D638 TYPE V 系統進行共射成型之內在機理探討,特別是著重於皮層材料在經芯層材料吹穿現象發生後,產生非常有趣的芯-皮-芯結構 (core-skin-core,簡稱CSC結構)。明確而言,當皮/芯比例調整適當時(例如:皮/芯比例為30/70),可以在 30SFPP/30SFPP 共射成品的中心截面清楚地觀察到 CSC 結構。再者,當皮/芯比例和操作條件固定時,無論哪種材料組合(包括30SFPP/30SFPP;PP/PP;30SFPP/PP;PP/30SFPP體系),CSC結構的形貌都非常相近。為了確認此種特殊結構真實存在,我們同時利用光學法與電腦斷層掃描法進行驗證,結果切確證明芯-皮-芯結構之存在。
