    Abstract: 要製造營養和健康的永續食品,關鍵是安全、美味、營養和經濟實惠,這些因素使食品製造商能夠製造市場上的各種產品。歐盟特色食品產業及其成員努力參與過渡至永續食品系統,支持2023年9月所通過《歐盟永續食品系統框架》(Legislative framework for sustainable food systems) ,新框架應為實現《巴黎協定》 (Paris Agreement) 、聯合國永續發展目標 (SDGs)、《歐盟綠色政綱》 (European Green Deal) 和《從農場到餐桌策略》 (Farm to Fork strategy) 明確的路徑,亦是實現目標的關鍵步驟。
