Abstract:	本論文旨在探討在團隊學習合作過程中，如何突出個人學習成效。根據多年教學經驗證實，團隊工作時，經常有人可以《混水摸魚》、《以逸待勞》，沒有付出成果，卻可以享受團隊合作的成果，學生稱其為《躺分》。為了杜絕此類現象產生，也為了學生在團隊學習時，可以更加積極，並且有效加以評量個人的學習成果，因此在「俄文翻譯」課堂上，實施前測和後測，並分析數據，了解前後測實施後，學生的個人學習分數變化和團隊錯誤率，並和去年課程比較，了解錯誤率的變化情形，藉以驗證前後測的實施，對於個人學習動機、學習成果幫助為何，效果多大。
