    Abstract: 本論文旨在探討在團隊學習合作過程中,如何突出個人學習成效。根據多年教學經驗證實,團隊工作時,經常有人可以《混水摸魚》、 《以逸待勞》,沒有付出成果,卻可以享受團隊合作的成果,學生稱其為《躺分》。為了杜絕此類現象產生,也為了學生在團隊學習時,可以更加積極,並且有效加以評量個人的學習成果,因此在「俄文翻譯」課堂上,實施前測和後測,並分析數據,了解前後測實施後,學生的個人學習分數變化和團隊錯誤率,並和去年課程比較,了解錯誤率的變化情形,藉以驗證前後測的實施,對於個人學習動機、學習成果幫助為何,效果多大。
