    Abstract: 在現今社會中,身高是許多人衡量完美的條件之一,其重點莫過於看骨頭之生長板有無癒合,是否還會增長。一般生長板會依年齡成長而癒合,癒合完全後骨頭會停止增長。在骨齡判斷中,最有名為GP法,由Greulich及Pyle等人在1959年發表,以不同年齡的區隔,給予一張正常的左手掌、左手腕X光片當作參考片,去比較出骨齡受檢者X光片的差異,並給予分數供診斷。本研究將設計一套可辨析手掌骨格結構之影像處理模組,來去除20筆選定之標準手部X-ray造影影像的軟組織。從結果得知可消除較薄的軟組織,並保留骨質部分,再經後續分析流程,有效辨別出正確之骨骼年齡。
