This study developed a design for a wind turbine monitoring warning device comprising a sensing unit, data acquisition module, storage unit, and comparator, all of which are connected by electrical connections. The sensing unit can accommodate multiple temperature sensors, speed sensors, and accelerators. It first obtains a baseline set of temperature, speed, and acceleration data. The data acquisition module then transmits the baseline data to the storage unit to be saved as warning values. The comparator compares subsequent data sets with the warning values. If the values of the subsequent data exceed the warning values, a warning indicator issues an audible or visual warning.
