Abstract:	新世代所處的是一個環境快速變遷的時代。環境變遷帶給個人與教育發展相當大的衝擊。「新世代 ‧ 新教育—社會變遷中的人才培育」專書撰寫計畫，以有系統的深入專案研究，探討「社會變遷與人才培育」、「數位素養與科技教育」、「民主素養與公民教育」及「全球素養與國際教育」四大子題，進行為期一年六個月的研究，並對新世代應具有的數位素養、民主素養及全球素養皆有深入的剖析；對於科技教育、公民教育及國際教育應興應革也都提出具體的對策與建議。
