    Abstract: 本研究計畫的重點在於整合張口器與咬合器,並改良設計出創新機構以結合兩者功能。首先,將張口器與咬合器現有的專利進行分析,整理歸納後以改良市面上功能的不足,提高使用便利性、產值與競爭力。本研究首先以創意性機械設計方法為基礎,改良並創新張口咬合器機構,用於復健與訓練口腔肌肉,設計考量須結合人體工學,配合人體口腔的適當尺寸大小;完成機構設計與零件配置後,透過運動分析驗證其可順利運作;最後運用 3D 列印建模製作原型機,並研究設計其外觀與使用之便利性,使患者提高使用意願與品質。本研究提出兩種三連桿機構的創新設計,分別為利用螺紋及齒輪帶動上下咬板的開合。前者運動滑順、操作容易;後者運動連續性、開合平穩。
