Abstract: This paper aims to explore a new form of rehabilitation to solve the inconvenience of traditional rehabilitation. We primarily through using mobile devices to simulate the methods of traditional rehabilitation, and combined with the application of database to develop the conceptual structure: "remote rehabilitation". Remote rehabilitation mainly based on smart phones and database, by patients, physiotherapists and mobile application developers complement each other. Patients upload the data to the database of hospital, so that physiotherapists can plan the courses of rehabilitation by the data and inform patients about the current condition with text message. In this way, patient can know whether the courses of rehabilitation are effective or not. The data will be stored in the database, so physiotherapists can look up the difference between the earlier condition of patients and the later. In addition, physiotherapists can learn about the effectiveness of homerehabilitation. If patients want to be aware of the previous data, they should know account number and password to login and obtain the data. The system provides a high level of privacy.
