    Abstract: This article presents a series of online lectures conducted by the National Central Library (NCL), Taiwan, endeavoring to ensure continuity of library's exchange and learning programs in pandemic times. NCL's "2021 International Workshop for Professional Librarians" consists of three pillar-programs for the utmost effectiveness of sharing and training activities. The lectures are scheduled from Sep 23 to Nov 9. NCL invited 9 speakers include experts, scholars, and experienced practitioners in Library and Information Science field from England, the US, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Germany and Greece to share their successful experiences, wishing to enhance librarians and library practitioners' capabilities and facilitate their knowledge exchanges.
