    Abstract: 本文利用戰後國民政府的〈華僑財產損失登記表〉檔案資料，探討太平洋戰爭時期日本軍政統治下，砂拉越拉讓江流域華人的經濟情況。本文指出，日軍統治下，拉讓江流域華人經濟被迫轉型以符合戰時需求;華人工商業受損嚴重，僅小型作坊及零售店艱難維持;日軍苛捐雜稅及強制勞動對華人經濟造成重大損害，日本軍政府刻意操弄族群關係使之雪上加霜。
