    Abstract: 以及勞動部勞保投保資料和職前訓練資料依序分析：1.高中職畢業生的畢業流向，2.高中職畢業生就業樣態。此外，本研究亦以深度訪談的方式來探索量化分析無法觸及之議題。最後，藉由研究發現，本研究依照升學或就業的執掌主管機關不同，將之分為「教育面」與「勞動面」，依照短期和長期角度來進行「教育面」與「勞動面」的政策建議。
