    Abstract: 本研究討論當一產品的零件由雙供應商提供，使用型一區間設限方案來登錄資料，但資料登錄不正確下，如何進行產品的可靠度推論，研究中將討論如何使用剖面最大概似估計法及貝氏估計法來得到推論的結果，並以一組 VGA 轉接器的實際案例說明本方法的應用。
