    Abstract: This paper proposed a health warning system to effectively help individuals or companies fetch the significant parameter of sleep deficiency, protect privacy, and further decrease related accidents due to a person's sleep deficiency. Significantly, it benefits public safety in major industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, and services. This system employs face recognition and optical character recognition for the individual identity and daily sleep time from the daily health report of the Garmin Connect mobile app on the user's smartphone screen.
