In a Reply [Phys. Rev. Lett. 127, 028902 (2021)] to a Comment [Phys. Rev. Lett. 127, 028901 (2021)] on a Letter [Rev. Lett. 125, 040601 (2020)] regarding the validity of the Letter's conclusions for open-system dynamics, the authors derive a modified bound on the charging power and claim that the new bound is consistent with the bound for closed-system dynamics. In this Comment, we point out a few mistakes in the derivation and obtain the correct bound for open-system dynamics. Our analysis shows that the conclusion of the Reply is mathematically and physically incorrect.
