Abstract:	本發明提供一種立體研磨工具及其製造方法，該立體研磨工具包括一基座以及一立體研磨層，該立體研磨層包括複數個研磨單元，且該些研磨單元排列為一單層結構或彼此堆疊為一多層結構。該些研磨單元係經加法製造形成並具有厚度，使之具有一多面體結構、一球面體結構、一非球面體結構、或其組合。該立體研磨層在各個方向都可以提供均勻且完整的結構強度，可大幅提升該立體研磨工具的結構強度及使用壽命。
