Abstract:	本文探討中晚唐皇帝避難入蜀時，之所以能安然度過政治危機，主要由諸王與南衙禁衛軍負責皇帝入蜀途中的鹵簿儀衛，以維護軍事安全的護衛職責。中晚唐皇帝入蜀避難時，正是皇帝最需要安全保衛的關鍵時刻，官人隨駕護衛與否，正是檢視忠誠度的重要關鍵之一。唐玄宗入蜀返京後，肅宗對於護駕有功者，多加官進爵；護駕不及或職責有虧者，以違反律令而嚴加懲處，顯示肅宗時仍能充分維護皇權。至唐僖宗第二次入蜀返京後，對於官人並無賞罰，顯示皇權已無法維護。中晚唐政局每下愈況，由此可見一斑。
