    Abstract: 本文利用CFD模擬5G天線陣列之液體冷卻散熱器的內部管道設計比較。研究了兩種天線陣列尺寸與三種管道設計,分別為小尺寸:121顆晶片、全尺寸:1024顆晶片,與兩種寬度之單一進出口管路設計、雙進出口管路設計。在模擬中,選用水作為工作流體,紊流模型採用k- ω標準型,並且有考慮共軛熱傳。單一晶片發熱量為2 W,其晶片溫度要求最高溫不得超過60度、溫差小於3度,且散熱器壓差要小於1 bar。在小尺寸模擬中,以雙進出水口之管道設計溫度表現最佳,再將此設計放入全尺寸模擬,比較不同之進水溫度與流量。最終研究結果發現,轉彎次數愈少的管道構型,能有效減少流體滯留現象,進而增強散熱效果,且進水口溫度與散熱效能成反比、流量與壓差成正比。
