    Abstract: 土釘加勁為邊坡補強工法之一,當地質軟弱且構造複雜時,需增加土釘長度與直徑以達到拉出阻抗要求,不僅大幅增加材料與施工成本且於有限地界時常造成此工法設計上的困難,尤以現場施工常因坍孔導致灌漿困難或不實的情況,而衍生傳統灌漿釘於軟弱地層拉出阻抗不足的問題。本研究已於實驗室研發新型高阻抗土釘,為驗證高阻抗土釘於現場施工的可行性及拉出阻抗的發揮情形,選擇於一坡高為6.3 m,坡長為18.5 m,坡度20o,及土壤條件為沉泥質砂(SM)之工址,以傳統灌漿釘、螺桿釘、單節瘤釘及非連續多節瘤釘等多組不同釘徑(40-101.6 mm)與型式的土釘,以植入式、自鑽式及打擊置入式等三種方法進行施工與灌漿,於竣工1個月後進行全尺寸現地土釘拉出試驗。由現地試驗證實新型高阻抗土釘除能克服施工中坍孔亦同時解決傳統灌漿釘摩擦阻抗不足問題,釘體與周圍土壤完全握裹,使拉出阻抗除來自釘體與周圍土壤摩擦機制外,亦使釘體於地層中發揮被動土壓阻抗,大幅提升抗拉拔能力,有效降低施工成本。歸納試驗結果,釘徑相近下非連續多節瘤釘的拉出阻抗較傳統灌漿釘高出3.42倍與3.15倍。
