    摘要: Chinese immigrated to Malaysia, all dialectic groups brought their native food culture into the country, inherited and rooted in Malaysia and became an important part of the country's food culture. At the same time, with the lapse of time, in the process of adapting to the special geographical environment and multicultural environment of Malaysia, the Chinese make creative use of local food ingredients, and under the wave of globalization, they learn from and absorb the multi-ethnic cooking methods and food customs, Chinese food culture also keeps innovating and enriching, and finally formed the unique and diversified Malaysian Chinese food culture. This paper makes an intensive exploration of the overseas inheritance and local innovation of this food culture to the multi-ethnic food and cooking customs of Malaysian Chinese. This paper tries to traces the diverse background of its formation, presents the real overall picture of its inheritance, rooting out the social and cultural reasons of its local innovation, and displays its local characteristics and development.
    华人移民所传承的原乡饮食习俗,在全马各地扎根,同时适应马来西亚特殊地理与多元文化社会,创造性地使用当地食材,吸收了其他族群的烹饪方式,在全球化的发展浪潮下,不断创新和丰富其饮食文化,最终逐渐形成了别具特色、丰富多元的马来西亚华人饮食文化。本文介绍马来西亚华人方言群的饮食和烹饪习俗,探析当地华人饮食风貌形成的多元背景,挖掘其发展特征与移民社会根源。
