    Abstract: 動作學習過程中,暫時性表現與相對持久性學習間的區隔是特別重要。動作技能學習的現象,可從動作記憶過程造成的行為改變加以解釋。記憶固化在動作表現與學習的過程中扮演重要角色,動作技能學習初期,動作記憶即開始持續建立。此外,動作記憶引致經驗有關的改變不僅發生在動作學習階段,在練習後亦是息息相關。據此,本文以動作記憶固化觀點為主軸,解析其動作表現與學習的過程,進一步提出睡眠可能直接影響動作記憶的固化,因而不同時間點對動作表現與學習的測量,將反映不同動作記憶效力。最後提出記憶固化概念在體育教學與動作練習時的應用。
