    Abstract: 2020 年全球疫情衝擊堪稱是始料未及的嚴峻外部危機,尤其是觀光旅遊業受創最直接,正考驗著企業在求生存之餘如何思索永續經營,業主在成本壓力之下如何兼顧社會責任。由於外部危機會促使企業利害關係人傾向於自利立場,來衡量短期利益與長期利益的得失,本文依據這項角度來探討兩層攸關成本與收益的互動關係:即內部層次的
    雇主與雇員關係,以及外部層次的企業與顧客關係。先,針對企業經營理念及 CSR 作為的相關研究文獻進行梳理;其次,從賽局觀點探討前述兩層互動關係對突破危機困境的重要性;最後,以 In 棧酒店為個案,說明企業如何度過危機,並善盡社會責任的實際作為,提出相關結論與建議。
