    Abstract: 本文根據風洞試驗數據,建立了矩形高層建築的橫風向等效靜態設計風荷載模式。在本文所提出的橫風向風力頻譜經驗式中,給出了關鍵參數的具體物理意義。如此,經驗模式更符合目前對於高層建築所受橫風向風荷載的理解。未來在得到更多實驗數據的情況下,研究人員可以改進模式中各參數的數學式。將依據本文模式所得之風力係數和風力頻譜與風洞試驗數據進行比較結果令人滿意。本文使用大量的原型高層建築,以建築基底彎矩為標的,進行了本文建構模式與風洞試驗數據間的比較研究,在大多數情況下,橫風向等效靜態設計風荷載模式所估算的建築基底彎矩誤差均在10%範圍內或略為保守。結果令人滿意。
