    Abstract: 廣泰金屬工業成立於1978年，生產焊接材料為主，在海外已建立銷售據點以及生產廠房。日本市場一直是廣泰外銷的主力市場，長年維持穩定的銷售量。然而近年日本市場經營的獲利逐年減少，在2015年6月已經到達難以維持的狀況。廣泰需要找出能夠快速且有效解決困難，重新獲利的方法。
