Title:	影響金融機構保險績效關鍵因素之探討

Abstract:	本研究使用銀行、信用合作社及農會於 2016 年及 2017 年之保險績效資料，以探討影響金融機構保險績效之關鍵因素。依據平均數檢定結果顯示，隸屬金控集團之金融機構保險績效優於非隸屬金控集團、僅與一家壽險公司合作之金融機構保險績效優於與多家壽險公司合作、信用合作社之保險績效優於農會、銀行之保險績效優於信用合作社與農會。本研究採用多元迴歸分析，以普通最小平方法進行實證，研究結果顯示存款金額、資本適足率、資產週轉率、保險業務員證照張數與員工具大專以上學歷人數對保險績效呈顯著正向影響。本文之研究結果與建議以期對金融機構保險績效之提升有所助益。
