    Abstract: In this study, an enzymatic modified cuvette was fabricated and adopt to measure the
    glucose concentration with heterodyne interferometer. Based on the optical configuration, the
    calibration of the modified cuvette was no longer required. The results indicated that the resolution
    of the proposed method was approximated of 3 mg/dl. The calibration curve showed high linearity
    within the dynamic range of 0 ~ 500 mg/dl.
